Lyra Health is seeking a Director of Operations – Provider Performance to design and drive a comprehensive provider performance strategy across clinical service lines. You will lead a high-impact team, shape data infrastructure, and deliver actionable dashboards for executives and managers to optimize access, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct, hands-on provider performance operations experience within healthcare/health tech.
• 15+ years in business ops, management consulting, healthcare ops, or health tech; scaling ops preferred.
• 8+ years of direct people management with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of provider metrics (panel management, utilization, outcomes).
• Ability to scope analytical frameworks and translate data into tools and dashboards.
• Experience building strategic roadmaps and aligning cross-functional teams around outcomes.
• Self-starter, capable of standardizing complex processes in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic provider performance vision across clinical service lines.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team; set priorities.
