You will manage a team of seven Engagement Strategy Managers, elevating execution to strategic consulting and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Marketing, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing or relationship-driven roles.
• Experience building corporate marketing strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to compel stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers.
• Own annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with CS, Operations, Product & Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance.
• Develop scalable playbooks and marketing frameworks.
