Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Head of Network Recruiting in New York to lead strategic provider sourcing and expand the payer network. You will drive recruitment of non-anchor providers, ECPs, and FQHCs, supporting network adequacy and access.

This role reports to the Senior VP of Network & Provider Management and offers a hybrid schedule with 3 in-office days per week. The base pay ranges from $198,720 to $260,820 annually, with eligibility for benefits, equity grants, and annual performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in provider network development, operations, or recruitment.
• Experience engaging with community health centers, FQHCs, and independent provider groups.
• Knowledge of CMS and state network adequacy and access-to-care standards.
• Experience coordinating multi-department workflows across contracting, legal, operations, and market leadership.
• Experience using network management platforms and CRM tools to drive recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute targeted network expansion strategies for non-anchors, ECPs, and FQHCs.
• Monitor provider density and access metrics to meet regulatory standards.
• Align recruitment targets with regulatory and ACA/Medicare growth plans.
• Track recruitment pipeline velocity and team productivity.
• Use analytics to improve provider network and regulatory coverage gaps.
• Build and lead a high-performing network development team.
