Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Head of Network Recruiting to lead provider sourcing for its payer network. You will drive recruitment of non-anchor providers, ECPs, and FQHCs, supporting regulatory adequacy and patient access improvements.

You will report to the Senior Vice President, Network & Provider Management, and operate from our New York office with a hybrid schedule. Expect collaboration with contracting, strategy, and market leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the healthcare industry.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in provider network development, operations, or recruitment.
• Experience engaging with community health centers, FQHCs, and independent provider groups.
• Understanding CMS and state network adequacy requirements.
• Experience using network management platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and complete targeted network expansion strategies, leading end-to-end recruitment plans for non-anchor providers, medical groups, and ECPs/FQHCs to meet geographic growth and access goals.
• Monitor regional provider density and access metrics to prioritize and close gaps to exceed state, CMS, and product-level adequacy standards.
• Partner with Network Contracting, Strategy, and Market Leadership to align recruitment targets with regulatory needs and growth plans.
• Track and lead recruitment pipeline velocity and team productivity.
• Use network design analytics to monitor recruitment throughput and address coverage gaps.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of network development professionals.
