Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children, expanding payer partnerships across the US. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end payer solution launches, driving data integration, eligibility, outreach, workflows, and reporting that demonstrate value.

You will bridge engineering, data, clinical operations, growth, and customer success, shaping speed to launch, patient reach, and partner understanding of Pomelo's value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cross-functional product leadership.
• Able to translate data insights into payer-ready plans.
• Structure ambiguity and drive multiple workstreams.
• Explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fast learner with healthcare domain interest.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch plans for new payers and employer partners.
• Translate contracts into technical requirements and scopes.
• Define success metrics and build partner dashboards.
• Develop reusable processes and templates to speed future launches.
• Balance timing, data quality, enrollment, and partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate across engineering, data, and operations.
