Job summary

Headway is reshaping mental healthcare by building a platform where providers can manage their practice and connect with patients. As Senior Manager, Provider Community & Content Marketing, you’ll create the community from the ground up, shaping strategy, channels, programming, events, and a scalable ambassador infrastructure that ties provider voice to Headway’s credibility and growth.

• Designed events (in-person/virtual) that foster loyalty and belonging.
• Stood up ambassador/advocacy programs to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the full provider community strategy and definition at Headway.
• Design the member journey and programs to move providers along the engagement arc.
• Identify where providers engage and optimize channels, events, and experiences.
• Develop content and programming strategy for each channel to educate, inspire, and connect providers.
• Manage day-to-day community channels, surface top contributions, and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Build a system to identify brand champions and activate them as ambassadors.
• Leverage brand champions to capture provider stories and amplify across marketing, sales, and product.
• Measure engagement depth and reallocate resources to high-value channels and content.
