Job summary

Headway seeks a Senior Manager, Provider Community & Content Marketing to build the program from the ground up. You will define the community strategy, channels, events, and advocate infrastructure that makes providers feel connected to Headway.

You will design journeys, grow a scalable ambassador program, and align content with community outcomes to strengthen trust and credibility across marketing and care delivery.

• You've built and scaled a digital community with business results to show for it.
• You've designed and produced events (in-person and virtual) that created loyalty.
• You've stood up an ambassador or advocacy program and grew a growth channel.
• You measure outcomes, not vanity metrics, and tie activities to business results.
• You believe content and community belong together with strong format and channel decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and define the program - own the full provider community strategy and goals.
• Design the member journey from onboarding to active advocate and public champion.
• Find where providers want to engage and tailor channels, events, and experiences.
• Develop content and programming strategy for each channel and cadence.
• Manage all community channels day-to-day and surface top contributions.
• Create an ambassador program that identifies brand champions and engages them.
• Leverage brand champions to capture provider stories across channels.
• Measure engagement depth and reallocate resources to high-value activities.
