Job summary

Headway is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Community & Content Marketing to build a provider network and the enabling content engine from the ground up. You will shape strategy, channels, programming, events, and an advocate infrastructure that turns a large network into a connected, valuable community for Headway’s mission.

You’ll lead a small team reporting to the Director of Provider Marketing, defining what community means at Headway, and mapping it to company goals while driving

Qualifications

• You have built and scaled a digital community with business results beyond engagement metrics.
• You have designed and produced events (in-person and virtual) that created genuine belonging.
• You have stood up an ambassador or advocacy program and can speak to how fans become advocates.

Responsibilities

• Own the provider community strategy and define what community means at Headway, and how it maps to goals.
• Design the full member journey from onboarding to active participation to advocates.
• Build the right mix of channels, events, and experiences for meaningful provider engagement.
• Develop content and programming strategy for each channel to educate, inspire, and connect providers.
• Manage day-to-day community channels, surface contributions, and capture feedback for internal teams.
• Create and run an ambassador program, identify top contributors, and drive brand advocacy at scale.
• Leverage provider stories and testimonials across marketing, sales, and channels, amplifying authentic voices.
