Progress Residential seeks a Service Director to lead service operations for single-family rental homes, ensuring high-quality work orders and superior resident service. You will manage local teams, coordinate vendors, and oversee budget performance to meet profitability targets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in operations, strong leadership, and experience with Salesforce/Yardi. Travel up to 25% and a flexible schedule are required for this role.

Competenze

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in operations or maintenance management in residential, commercial, or related sectors.
• Experience managing staff over a geographic region.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends/evenings.
• Travel up to 25%.
