Jobgether is seeking a Director of Project Success based in the United States. You will lead customer experience across the full project lifecycle, aligning engineering, product, and operations to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, translate complex data into clear updates, and build scalable onboarding and success processes to support growth in a fast‑evolving energy solutions environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, product and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex concepts to nontechnical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary post-contract contact through project lifecycle, driving satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations, Policy, Sales, and Field Service teams.
• Translate technical findings into clear customer updates and action plans.
• Establish and monitor account health reporting and project progress.
• Develop scalable onboarding, account management, and customer success processes.
