Search Leaders, LLC is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Allentown, PA to lead all phases of complex processing-system projects. You will direct engineering and procurement activities, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the main customer contact for technical and contractual deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of hands-on project management in industrial engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large capital projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle: Pre-FEED to fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution across engineering, design, procurement, and fabrication.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to meet specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and fabrication schedules.
• Serve as primary customer contact for contractual and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with controls, quality, and engineering for progress and issue resolution.
