Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept to completion with local teams in the Lehigh Valley. This role involves driving budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and documentation while ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will collaborate with field teams, architects, and clients to deliver on-time, within-budget results on diverse commercial builds and renovations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
• Experience managing commercial ground-up projects or major renovations is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or Microsoft Project is helpful.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local project teams and visit jobsites throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Responsibilities

• Support quality control, jobsite safety, and successful project delivery.
