You will liaise between clients and production teams, uphold safety, and drive quality across projects while maintaining professional relationships and documentation across assignments.

Qualifications

• Three to five years proven work experience with installation management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and associated applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and an excellent understanding of engineering drawings
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation and reports
• High level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Maintain LAH Installation library of past/present/future projects and quotes
• Coordinate multiple projects to meet customer schedules and hard deadlines
• Maintains product and company reputation by representing the company professionally
• Collaborates with Project Engineers from initial quoting through final sign-off of installation

Responsibilities

• Plan installation timelines and assign crews based on capacity to meet deadlines and budgets
• Supervise, train, and mentor installation technicians and crew leads
• Conduct site visits prior to manufacturing to audit installation layouts and support engineering revisions
• Manage materials, tools, and logistical needs to ensure installation schedule efficacy
