Job summary

ConstructionExecs seeks an experienced Project Manager for Pennsylvania-based heavy civil and infrastructure projects. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships with field leadership.

You bring 5+ years of GC project management, strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, and proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience delivering heavy civil, infrastructure, bridge, public works, institutional, or comparable commercial construction projects.
• Strong track record managing project financials, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Solid understanding of contracts, project delivery, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with construction management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, forecasting, schedules, and profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution.
• Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, RFIs, and submittals.
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and public-sector stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who brings strong technical knowledge, financial accountability, and the leadership skills to deliver projects successfully from preconstruction through completion.

The Role

The Project Manager will own assigned construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships while collaborating closely with field leadership.

Key Responsibilities
