Qualifications

• Twelve or more years of progressive experience in real estate development and project management.
• Experience managing teams and leading complex ground-up development or capital improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of development budgeting, scheduling, entitlements, and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of project and development professionals with strategic direction.
• Oversee complex ground-up development including due diligence through lease-up.
• Direct feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Provide fiduciary oversight of project finances and reporting.
• Lead client relationship management, market engagement, and business development.
