Job summary

Braven seeks a Head of Program Design to own the evolution, quality, and integrity of Braven's program experiences. You will lead a team within the Product group, translating research into scalable, pedagogically sound learning sequences delivered across campuses.

This role emphasizes human-centered design, staff enablement, and alignment with Braven’s mission to prepare Fellows for strong first opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing clear, engaging, purposeful, and culturally competent learning experiences
• 3+ years of experience managing a team toward outcomes

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Braven's program experience from the Accelerator course to post-graduation support
• Define and uphold high-quality program design standards grounded in adult learning and cultural competence
• Prepare staff and volunteers to facilitate with confidence and fidelity
• Lead the Design team and contribute to Braven's product strategy
• Collaborate with Research, Data, Program Delivery, and Operations to ensure evidence-based design decisions
• Balance program quality with scalability and simplification to reach 25,000+ Fellows
