Qualifications

• 10+ years in a production leadership role.
• Experience scaling products from prototype to full-rate production.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in unstructured environments.
• Owned a new product ramp through full-rate production.
• Experience managing a P&L in production.
• Experience leading 100+ employees across quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Own production outcomes: ramp plan, headcount, and budgets.
• Drive people and resources to achieve production goals on time.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver production on schedule and within budget.
• Partner with Engineering, Deployment Operations, and PM to execute a 5-year production vision.
• Mature products from low-rate to full-rate production with scalable processes.
• Establish KPIs for quality, delivery, and cost to optimize operations.
