Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Production leadership role with scale experience.
• Experience scaling prototypes to full-rate production (thousands).
• Experience managing P&L in a production environment.
• Experience leading 100+ employees across functions.
• Strong continuous improvement focus and data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from inception to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own production outcomes: ramp plan, headcount, and milestones.
• Drive people and resources to achieve production goals on time and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams across production, supply chain, and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Deployment Operations, and PM for strategy.
• Scale products from low rate to full-rate production per lifecycle.
