Job summary
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Vice President of Production for Mission Systems. This leader will manage production across multiple facilities, drive operational excellence, and align with R&D, sales, and engineering to scale manufacturing for imaging, battlespace awareness, and electronic warfare products.
The role requires extensive experience in large-scale manufacturing, P&L ownership, and a track record of improving throughput and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with 7–10+ years in a senior/executive role overseeing 500+ employees.
- Experience leading large, complex manufacturing operations across multiple sites or locations.
- Direct P&L ownership in a production environment with demonstrated financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish strategic and operational leadership across multiple production facilities.
- Lead and build production capabilities across product lines and programs.
- Drive production strategy, including capital planning and workforce sizing.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and engineering on new product introductions.
