Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with 7–10+ years in a senior/executive role overseeing 500+ employees.
• Experience leading large, complex manufacturing operations across multiple sites or locations.
• Direct P&L ownership in a production environment with demonstrated financial performance.

• Establish strategic and operational leadership across multiple production facilities.
• Lead and build production capabilities across product lines and programs.
• Drive production strategy, including capital planning and workforce sizing.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, and engineering on new product introductions.
