Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Production leadership role with a track record of scaling products from prototype to full-rate production.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally in an unstructured environment, startup experience preferred.
• Experience with discrete production ops in deeply technical industries (aerospace, electronics, medical, or automotive). Production engineering/manufacturing exp is a plus.
• Owned a new product ramp through full-rate production.

Responsibilities

• Own Production outcomes such as ramp plan, headcount, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve production milestones and on-time delivery.
• Drive Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to meet 5-year strategic goals for full-rate production.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Deployment Operations, and Program Management to ensure success.
• Mature products from low-rate to full-rate production across lifecycle stages.
