Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in Lexington, MA, seeks a Senior Director to own production operations across multiple products, driving ramp plans, headcount, and on-time delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality to execute a five-year vision for next-gen aerospace manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in production leadership, P&L experience, and a track record of scaling to full-rate production with 100+ staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Production leadership role scaling products to full rate production.
• Experience managing 100+ employees across quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Proven able to own ramp through full rate production in a technical environment.
• Experience with P&L management in a production context.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own production outcomes including ramp plan and headcount.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet demands, deadlines, and budgets.
• Partner with engineering, deployment ops, and program management to execute strategy.
• Scale products from prototype to full rate production and manage KPI delivery.
• Oversee implementation of digital tech (PLM, ERP, MES, QMS) for scalable ops.
