You will drive automation, AI, observability and modern support practices to shift from reactive to proactive operations, partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product and senior stakeholders.

Salary is 225k to 250k + bonus

Take a senior leadership role across production, application support and operational reliability for a high-profile electronic trading platform serving institutional financial markets.

Bring strong experience across electronic trading and fixed income/credit markets, with a good understanding of trading workflows, market connectivity and business-critical technology.

Experience with FIX, APIs, trading connectivity and institutional buy-side/dealer environments will be highly relevant, particularly within fixed income or credit.

Lead and develop a specialist production/support team, creating a high-performing culture with clear ownership, strong collaboration and effective succession planning.

Use your experience in incident, problem and service management to improve platform stability, resilience and the overall client experience.

Drive the evolution of the production function through automation, AI, observability and modern support practices, moving from reactive support towards a more proactive operating model.

Work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product and senior business stakeholders to ensure technology changes are delivered safely and production environments remain highly resilient.
