TP ICAP Group is seeking a Senior Production Support Leader for the RealQ platform in New York. You will own and evolve production stability, incident response, and continuous improvement to support business growth and client needs.

Lead a team across Production Support, Engineering, and Infrastructure, modernising tooling and driving AI-enabled automation while ensuring adherence to risk and security requirements.

Formación

• Essential degree or equivalent in statistics, maths, computer science.
• 5+ years in production management for financial services.
• Experience leading incident and problem management, production readiness, observability and resilience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the health of the RealQ production environment with service stability and incident response."
• Lead incident and problem management end-to-end with root-cause analysis and permanent resolution.
• Own and deliver the Production Support roadmap prioritising improvements based on client impact and risk.
• Modernise Production Support through AI, automation and improved tooling to reduce manual activity.
