RealQ, TP ICAP’s fixed-income trading platform, is seeking a Production Support Leader to own the health and resilience of a critical electronic trading environment in New York. You will lead incident and problem management, drive a roadmap for production stability, and modernise operations with AI, automation and new tooling.

A background in fixed-income markets and agile leadership is essential. Based in USA—New York, you will build and mentor a cross-functional team across Production Support,

Formación

• Degree in statistics, maths or computer science preferred.
• Experience in production management within financial services (5+ years).
• Experience supporting production-critical tech & infrastructure in finance.
• Knowledge of institutional fixed-income market structure & electronic trading workflows (FIX/API).
• Proven incident & problem management experience & production readiness initiatives.
• Ability to lead agile teams and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the health of the RealQ production environment with service stability and change management.
• Lead end-to-end incident and problem management with root-cause analysis.
• Deliver the Production Support roadmap prioritised by client impact and risk.
• Modernise production support with AI, automation, and improved tooling.
• Build and lead a cross-functional Production Support organisation across teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and training obligations.
