Job summary

Anduril Industries is recruiting a Deputy Head of Production for Connected Warfare at its Asheville, OH campus. The role leads production strategy and hands-on execution to scale the Connected Warfare product line to full-rate production, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring high quality.

The role requires 8+ years leading electromechanical production, strong leadership across large teams, AS9100D quality accountability, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience overseeing production and test of complex electromechanical products.
• Strong leadership experience managing large (100+ person) manufacturing teams and cross-functional groups.
• Background in quality assurance with a track record of AS9100D compliance.
• Proven ability to scale production from prototype to full-rate manufacturing.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week at Asheville, OH (Arsenal 1).

Responsibilities

• Own production outcomes for the Connected Warfare product line, including ramp plans, headcount, and new manufacturing lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to meet demands and deadlines.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy to scale production to full-rate output.
• Drive processes and systems across the product lifecycle to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Instill a quality-first culture and ensure AS9100D compliance across production operations.
