Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple production facilities.
• Lead production capabilities across product lines and programs.
• Partner with R&D, sales, and engineering for new product launches.
• Drive capability expansion, facility footprint, and capacity planning.
• Establish lean practices to reduce costs and increase throughput.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, schedule, and cost across sites.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across the division.
• Oversee workforce sizing and geographic expansion.
