Job summary

The Vice President, Production, Connected Warfare leads production across multiple facilities, overseeing planning, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and operations to meet multi-year growth targets.

The role requires executive leadership, expertise in lean manufacturing, and proven P&L responsibility in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership across multiple sites.
• Experience in high-growth environments and overseeing 500+ employees.
• Strong ability to set and scale operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
• Direct P&L ownership and large budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic and operational leadership across production facilities to ensure quality, cost, and delivery.
• Lead production capabilities across a portfolio of products and programs.
• Partner with R&D, sales, and engineering for new product introductions and scaling production lines.
• Drive capacity planning, facility footprint decisions, and workforce sizing.
