Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ohio is seeking a Connected Warfare Deputy Head of Production to guide the manufacturing of the Connected Warfare line. You will own short- to mid-term production strategy, scale to full-rate production, and lead cross-functional teams on ambitious timelines.

This role requires 8+ years in electromechanical production, strong leadership of large teams, and a track record of AS9100D quality adherence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years overseeing production of complex electromechanical products.
• Experience leading 100+ person manufacturing teams with cross-functional scope.
• Strong background in quality with AS9100D adherence.
• Proven ability to scale from prototypes to full-rate production.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own production outcomes for the Connected Warfare line, incl. ramp plans and headcount.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Drive processes to mature products to full-rate production and hit KPIs.
• Establish and manage KPIs for financial, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee digital tech adoption (PLM, ERP, MES, QMS) to scale operations.
