Job summary

UpNext is looking for a Product Manager to own the platform strategy and execution for the transfer portal intelligence tool used by college coaches nationwide. You will set and prioritize the roadmap, partner with ScopeLabs to turn priorities into released features, and help shape how product decisions are made as UpNext scales.

You will document feedback from coaches and stakeholders, conduct customer interviews, and work with engineering to deliver features across Search, Smart Lists,

Qualifications

• Experience owning the product roadmap end-to-end.
• Ability to conduct user interviews and gather feedback from coaches and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams and product development partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the feature roadmap end-to-end: prioritization, sequencing, and status updates to leadership.
• Write clear product specs (requirements, user journeys, technical) with ScopeLabs.
• Coordinate with ScopeLabs' engineers from spec to launch across core surfaces (Search, Smart Lists, Insights, Team Pages, Athlete Profiles, Activity Feed).
• Conduct QA testing on new releases to ensure quality before coaches see them.
• Gather and triage feedback from coaches and internal stakeholders.
