Scrambly is seeking a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the portfolio. You will be the first product leader, defining direction, prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable growth, retention, and monetization for millions of users globally.

You will later build and lead a top-tier product team, partnering with engineering, design, data, and leadership to deliver exceptional value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience owning complex consumer or mobile products.
• Proven track record leading products through significant growth.
• Experience scaling consumer products with large user bases.
• Experience defining and owning product vision and strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with product analytics experience (Mixpanel/Amplitude).
• Experience with regulatory/privacy requirements (e.g. GDPR).
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and long-term strategy for Scrambly.
• Translate company goals into a clear, actionable product direction.
• Identify user problems, market opportunities, and strategic bets.
• Evaluate product-market fit across product areas.
• Align stakeholders around priorities and trade-offs.
• Lead continuous product discovery with user research and data.
• Analyze analytics, funnels, and behavior to identify opportunities.
• Drive experiments (A/B tests) and ensure learnings influence roadmap.
• Own prioritization and roadmapping to support growth, retention, monetization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, monetization, and leadership.
