Job summary

Feanix Biotechnologies is seeking a first dedicated product leader to scale the product organization. You’ll own the data platform product, turning DNA samples into genomic predictions and actionable farm decisions, while shaping the product function as a whole.

You’ll report to the CTO, bridge CEO vision to execution, and build a scalable PM/EM team to deliver value to farms across the platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including building and developing PMs.
• Track record building a product function or first PM who defined product processes.
• Experience as PM for data platforms, APIs, or infrastructure where customers are engineers.
• Experience turning complex data (genomics, sensor data) into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Grow product management from founding PM to a full function with hiring plans and processes.
• PM the data platform, including APIs, data products, and contracts used by engineers and agents.
• Facilitate fast onboarding of farms and absorb per‑farm variation without one‑off builds.
• Hire and develop PMs as engineering teams scale, targeting 2–3 direct reports in 12 months.
• Contribute to product strategy with CEO/CTO and own roadmap and prioritization.
• Run the platform as a real product, measure adoption, and prioritize the roadmap by value.
