Qualifications

• 10+ years in field sales leadership, product strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Experience with payor-focused healthcare products or related markets.
• Proven success leading customer- or field-facing teams in matrixed environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into market execution with sales partners.
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational leadership.
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Product Execution function, setting direction, priorities, and performance management.
• Define a consistent approach to activating product strategy across national accounts and regions.
• Partner with sales leadership and product owners to align priorities and field objectives.
• Set expectations for product education, field updates, and client/broker presentations.
• Ensure the team supports product adoption, territory performance, and field readiness.
• Drive consistency in updates, presentations, and adoption priorities across territories.
• Monitor territory-level performance and inform priorities and focus.
• Build operating rhythms, measures, and decision frameworks for execution discipline.
• Support leadership visibility into team performance and market opportunities.
