CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Head of Product Execution to guide the Product Execution function across national accounts and regional teams. You will translate product strategy into field-ready execution, market storytelling, and measurable adoption, while partnering with sales leadership for aligned priorities.

This role leads a team (~6 direct reports), shaping direction and operating models, with responsibility for field education, client and broker presentations, and territory

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field sales leadership or related leadership roles.
• Experience with payor-focused healthcare products or related markets.
• Proven success leading customer- or field-facing teams in matrixed environments.
• Experience partnering with sales leadership and product owners to translate strategy into execution.
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational leadership skills.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Product Execution function, including team direction and performance management.
• Define a consistent approach to activating product strategy across accounts and regions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and product owners to align priorities and field objectives.
• Set expectations for product education, field updates, and client/broker presentations.
• Support territory product adoption, performance, and field readiness goals.
• Drive consistency in product updates and adoption priorities across territories.
• Monitor territory performance and inform priorities with execution insights.
• Build rhythms, measures, and frameworks to strengthen execution discipline.
