Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Product Engineering to lead enterprise-grade software development across eClinical, Clinical Informatics, and data integration. You will shape strategy, build scalable teams, and partner with Product, Biometrics, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include setting engineering roadmaps, improving delivery metrics, mentoring managers, and ensuring compliance with SDLC controls, validation, and audit

Qualifications

• A seasoned software engineering leader with a background in clinical technology.
• Proven ability to scale multiple teams and deliver enterprise-grade platforms.
• Strong architecture and design review experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across the product engineering function.
• Define and execute engineering strategy, roadmap, and resource plans.
• Oversee architecture, release management, performance, and technical debt reduction.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Biometrics, Clinical Data Management, and Regulatory teams.
• Mentor managers and engineers, drive hiring and workforce planning.
• Ensure security, privacy, auditability, and validation-readiness for regulated software.
