Jobgether is seeking a strategic product leader to own the vision and execution of EMR-integrated customer experiences across the portfolio. You will align clinical, customer, and business objectives while guiding the roadmap and platform investments.

In this role, you will collaborate with clinicians, health systems, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and valuable EMR integrations that improve adoption and provider efficiency across enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, digital health, healthcare technology, interoperability, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate clinical and customer needs into scalable product solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the multi-year product strategy for customer-facing EMR integrations across the product portfolio.
• Establish product priorities balancing customer expectations, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Lead roadmap development and investment recommendations for integration, workflow, and interoperability capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and EMR teams to assess scalability and long-term platform investments.
• Mentor Product Managers and cross-functional colleagues in discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery.
