Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 2+ years of team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience with highly reliable and scalable distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Establish engineering processes and define standards.
• Lead architecture discussions during feature development.
• Build solutions for appropriate scalability.
