Job summary

Purple Squirrel Enterprises is partnering with a high-growth health-tech client to hire a Head of Product who will own the strategy and execution and build the Product function from the ground up. You will lead a small early team, with direct access to executive leadership, guiding both software and connected hardware initiatives.

You will operate in a regulated environment where patient safety and auditing drive product decisions, collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and customer

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in product management with end-to-end roadmap ownership.
• Experience leading product people and hiring.
• Track record shipping B2B SaaS in close partnership with Engineering.
• Strong discovery skills: customer interviewing, prototyping, experimentation.
• Experience with products in regulated healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap across software, hardware, and integrations.
• Lead discovery with caregivers, administrators, state stakeholders.
• Build the Product function and shape hiring as scope grows.
• Set AI practices across the Product team and coach the group.
