Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a senior UX leader to guide a large design organization and drive enterprise product design across a broad portfolio. You will mentor managers, collaborate with Product and Engineering from concept to roadmaps, and ensure a unified experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem, integrating AI, ML, and mobile capabilities.

The role requires extensive experience, deep knowledge of design systems, and a track record of delivering high-quality UX at scale, with flexible or remote work

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise product design experience.
• 5 years in Experience Design.
• Expert with Sketch, Photoshop, and rapid prototyping tools like Axure and Framer.
• Experience with design systems, WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA, and managing design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 8-10 designers and managers to deliver great UX.
• Oversee a portfolio of products and mentor subordinates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering from definition through execution of roadmaps.
• Ensure a unified experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
