Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design across Flow and related platforms.
• Define vision for human-AI collaboration in the product.
• Lead and grow a team of product designers.
• Lead UX research grounded in evidence and metrics.
• Partner with PM and engineering from discovery to delivery.
• Develop and evolve the design system for speed and consistency.
• Measure usability, task success, and adoption metrics.
• Drive platform migration and roadmap execution.
• Represent customer experience in executive forums.
