Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Director of Product Design in San Francisco to lead Flow, a unified data security platform for analysts and leadership. You will set the experience vision, define interaction patterns for human and agentic workflows, and lead designers, researchers, and design systems that scale with the product.

You will partner with the CPO, product management, engineering, and customer experience, while staying hands-on to shape strategy and raise the craft bar for the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design with leadership experience.
• Experience with complex enterprise software and AI-powered products.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to define design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for Flow and related platforms.
• Build and mentor a design team, set vision, and raise craft.
• Partner with CPO, PM, engineering, and CX from discovery to delivery.
