Cyberhaven is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the design organization and own the Flow user experience. You will set the experience vision for a platform serving security professionals, guiding designers and researchers who make it real.

This role is hands-on and strategic: you will raise the craft bar, mentor a growing team, and stay close enough to the work to keep a strong point of view on what should be built.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, including 4+ years leading and developing designers.
• Portfolio of shipped work across complex enterprise software.
• Experience designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences.
• Strong communication and influence in executive settings.
• Experience building and guiding a design function (hiring, leveling, process).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a small team of designers and researchers.
• Own end-to-end product design across Flow and related products.
• Partner with CPO, PM, engineering, and customer experience from ideation to delivery.
• Raise the craft bar while staying hands-on with design work.
• Define and evolve the design system and interaction patterns.
• Oversee UX research grounded in customer interviews, usability testing, and telemetry.
• Represent customer experience in executive roadmap and planning sessions.
• Drive platform migration and ensure a cohesive, trusted user experience.
