Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking a Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for InCommand, a cloud-ready data-center product. You will partner with Architecture, Integrations, and Developer Platform to define AI-first insights, operator-centric requirements, and scalable pricing.

This role focuses on delivering a secure, API-first product used in customers’ environments. You will guide a team of engineers and coding agents, shape a modular cloud service, and work daily with operations to

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform or infrastructure product.
• Experience building a product from scratch and making hard scoping decisions early.
• Ability to write precise specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the new InCommand product.
• Maintain the living functional specification repository and acceptance criteria.
• Define the product capabilities and what to leave behind based on operator data.
