Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking a hands-on Platform Architect to design the core data model and control plane for a new AI-enabled data-center platform. You will write the initial production code with AI-assisted tooling and collaborate with Product, Integrations, and Developer Platform teams.

You will own platform-wide decisions on data stores, tenancy, security, and API specifications, delivering a portable cloud-ready foundation for modern, AI-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years building backend and platform systems with multi-tenant SaaS experience.
• Designed complex domain data models for operational systems and their evolution.
• Delivered telemetry-scale retrieval performance and low-latency APIs.
• Experience on public clouds (GCP/AWS/Azure) with Kubernetes and Helm.

Responsibilities

• Build foundation of the new platform and own the first code merged.
• Define unified data model, API specifications, and platform architecture.
• Own telemetry-scale storage choices and tenant isolation at the data layer.
• Shape technology stack, portability, and cloud strategy.
• Integrate large language models for operational intelligence and tooling.
