Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Head of Product, Core Platform to own the platform that powers our AI Co-Workers for enterprise customers. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will set the vision, strategy and roadmap and lead Senior Product Managers across deployment, operations and AI capabilities.

This senior leadership role is code-first, API-first, and deployed within customers' cloud environments; you will shape platform-level product thinking, partner with cross-functional teams, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience owning platform or developer-facing products in B2B enterprise tech
• Strong technical literacy across cloud, identity, observability, APIs & SDKs
• Experience partnering with executives and driving roadmaps from first principles

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the core platform (FSAI OS) for enterprise clients
• Lead Senior Product Managers across deployment, operations, observability, and agentic AI
• Set hiring bar and elevate product craft across the team
• Maintain a clear product narrative and explicit ownership across teams
• Shape API/SDK/library as a coherent product for engineers
