Qualifications

• Builder mindset with a track record as #1 or #2 product leader at a growth-stage company.
• Technical enough to read PRs, prototype before you spec, and ship AI into production.
• Drill-sergeant mentality, eager for in-depth, fast feedback and high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the product surface—storefronts, checkout, payments, merchant OS, and AI agent.
• Lead a small team of principal-level PMs and set the standard for what ships.
• Build merchant truth through direct relationships and frequent feedback loops.
