Job summary

Humana in the United States seeks a visionary Associate Vice President, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities that power procurement performance. You will own the technology portfolio, end-to-end process strategy and governance across sourcing, contracting and supplier management, aligning strategy with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Procurement Operations, Procurement Technology, Source-to-Contract Transformation, Enterprise Process Ownership, Analytics, M&A Integration, Finance Operations or related enterprise leadership roles.
7+ years of people leadership experience, including building, transforming and retaining multidisciplinary teams.
Experience owning a portfolio of Procurement technology platforms and converting business strategy into roadmaps, investment priorities, requirements, delivery, adoption and realized value.

Responsibilities

Architect the Procurement Operating Model across strategy, governance and capability.
Own the procurement technology portfolio and ensure AI-enabled capabilities deliver value.
Lead end-to-end process ownership from intake to supplier exit with measurable outcomes.
Drive enterprise transformation, portfolio governance and adoption through cross-functional collaboration.
