Day & Zimmermann Company seeks a Department Manager for Process & Mechanical in Huntsville, AL. You will lead the Piping Department, guiding engineers and designers to deliver high-quality solutions within EPCm and chemical processing sectors.

You will set strategic goals, allocate resources, and champion safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration with clients and stakeholders. PE licensed with 15+ years in relevant fields is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required; PE licensure mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years in EPCm or chemical process industries.
• Professional Engineer license and related regulatory compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead piping department with focus on resources, budgets, and project delivery.
• Ensure outputs meet standards, safety, and client requirements.
• Develop staffing plans to maximize productivity and utilization.
• Mentor staff and drive professional growth.
