Job summary

Kimley-Horn seeks a Manager of Predictive Analytics & Enterprise Data Science to lead data-to-insight efforts across the enterprise. You will bridge business stakeholders, the Data Warehouse team, and technology partners to identify high-value opportunities and operationalize predictive models at scale.

You will guide analytics strategy, mentor teams, and ensure solutions run on governed, enterprise-grade data platforms rather than isolated tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of analytics, data science, BI, or related experience.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives across multiple functions.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Analytics Strategy & Leadership initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to improve decisions.
• Partner with Data Warehouse to ensure enterprise-grade data platforms.
• Mentor analysts and data scientists across teams.
• Drive adoption of predictive insights in operational workflows.
• Lead evaluation of analytics platforms, ML technologies, and governance.
