Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a BI & Data Solutions Manager to lead internal data analytics, overseeing the team and delivering trusted data for enterprise reporting and AI use cases.

You will manage data engineers and BI developers, providing direction and mentorship while aligning with governance and ERP initiatives. The role reports to the Director, Enterprise Systems and requires strong leadership, communication, and data architecture skills to ensure data quality and scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field.
• Eight or more years of experience in data solutions or BI/analytics development.
• Experience leading or managing a technical team with clear prioritization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the BI & Data Solutions team, directing work and priorities.
• Provide technical direction, roadmap ownership, and prioritization.
• Balance BAU reports with long-term data platform initiatives.
• Mentor team members in delivery and time management.
• Ensure data assets are well documented and consumable by other teams.
• Partner with Enterprise Systems to align data and governance priorities.
• Set data architecture priorities with the Lead Data Engineer and BI standards.
• Own performance management and career development for the team.
• Report capacity, progress, and risk to the Director, Enterprise Systems.
