Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. seeks a BI & Data Solutions Manager to lead the internal data and analytics function, guiding people, platforms, and delivery for enterprise reporting and AI use cases.

The role manages the Lead Data Engineer, Data Engineers, and BI Developers, providing direction and mentorship. The ideal candidate will drive data architecture, governance, and collaboration across Enterprise Technology, ERP development, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of combined experience in data solutions, BI/analytics development, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience leading or managing a technical team.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture and BI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the BI & Data Solutions team, directing work and priorities across data engineering and BI/reporting.
• Provide technical direction and roadmap ownership, balancing data engineering and BI priorities.
• Balance BAU reports with long-term data platform initiatives and maintain the prioritization queue.
• Mentor team members in time management, delivery, and prioritization.
• Ensure data assets are documented, vetted, and consumable by Enterprise Technology teams.
• Collaborate to build semantic models and data flows supporting broader initiatives.
• Own performance management and career development for the team.
• Report capacity, progress, and risk to the Director, Enterprise Systems.
